Please join us at 2524 E. Eager Street, Baltimore MD, 21205 on Thursday, 8/10 by 8:30 am. We are looking forward to having you on site but first, please be sure to READ the bullet points below.
Tasks and responsibilities vary based on the construction schedule. Please be aware that these expected tasks may change before you arrive based on the nature of construction scheduling and potential weather.
Here are some things to remember when volunteering on our Construction site:
- Please arrive on-site by 8:30 for check-in, so we can promptly start our Orientation by 8:45.
- Sturdy thick-soled, closed-toed, laced shoes are required.
- Please wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
- Water will be available on site. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, to help cut down on plastic waste.
- Please bring a lunch as there will not be time to leave and lunch.
- Volunteers are expected to stay from 8:30 until the day is over, which is typically around 3pm.
- 16-17 year old's may volunteer on the construction site but they must have a chaperone and they cannot use power tools. They must complete a separate profile and sign-up.
We rely on volunteers to meet our construction schedule so if you need to cancel, please Unregister from the volunteer opportunity as soon as possible.
