Thank you for signing up to volunteer with Habitat! We cannot do what we do with out volunteers!
There was a correction on the date. It is now Wednesday July 18.
This opportunity will closed on the end of the day Monday July 18 so that our construction team can properly plan for tools and work.
Here are some things to remember when volunteering on our Construction site:
- Please arrive by 8:30 for check-in so we can promptly start our Orientation by 8:45.
- Please wear closed footed shoes. This means no Crocs!
- Please wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
- We allow 16-17 year old's to volunteer WITH a chaperone. Both the Youth and chaperone need to create an account and sign up. Anyone under the age of 18 cannot use a power tool.
- Tasks and responsibilities vary based on the construction schedule. Please check the Volunteer Hub a week before your scheduled volunteer date in order to see your tasks. Please be aware that these expected tasks may change before you arrive based on the nature of construction scheduling and potential weather.
- If you are not going to show up, please deregister your self so that someone else can sign up. We rely heavily on volunteers to meet the construction schedule. Signing up and not showing up hurts our ability to meet the construction schedule.
