Veterans Build

Join us to honor Veteran's and thank them for their service. We hope to create a volunteer experience that brings together veterans, military families and the civilian community. We hope that this will help bridge the gap and ease the transition to civilian life and promote a better understanding of military/veteran culture among civilian supporters.
2025 Veteran Build Dates: Registration OPEN
November 11, 2025 through Saturday 15, 2025 and November 19, 2025 through November 22, 2025.
If you are interested in participating in Veteran's Build, please email volunteer@habitatchesapeake.org with the following information:
Community Member:
- Date(s) you are interested in,
- Did you serve or are you currently serving? Or has an immediate family member served/serving?
- Priority will be given to active duty military members, Veterans, their families, and families of fallen service members.
- Please keep your request to 2 volunteers at them moment. We want as many people as possible to participate in this. As we get closer to the event, we will open up more spots.
Community Organization:

- Date(s) you are interested in,
- How many volunteers you would like to bring out,
- There are sponsorship opportunities available. One of our staff will reach out to discuss these options.
